Paul Crilly

A distinguished executive with over three decades of experience in executive and board roles within the energy, engineering, and industrial services sectors, Paul Crilly holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors Canada and is a chartered professional accountant through the Alberta Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants. Paul Crilly also holds a bachelor of commerce from the University of Saskatchewan.

Throughout his career, Mr. Crilly has held numerous C-suite positions, including president and chief executive officer positions at companies such as Ram Cementers Ltd., Norex Exploration Services Inc., and Evolution Engineering Inc.. At Norex, he led expansion efforts that included acquisitions across North America. He also served as managing director with K2 and Associates Investment Management, where he worked on energy investments and business restructuring projects.

Currently, Mr. Crilly serves on the boards of several organizations, including Pulse Seismic Inc. and roundLAB Inc. His previous directorships include Mart Resources Inc. and Norex Exploration Services Inc. He continues to provide strategic input to companies navigating operational and financial decisions.
